It takes many months of organisation to put together Liverpool Fashion Week. Here are some of the crew responsible for its success:
.HEAD OF THE MAKE UP TEAM - EMMA LAMPKIN Emma Lampkin is a highly experienced and creative freelance makeup artist based in Merseyside. Her areas of expertise include makeup for TV & film, celebrity makeup, special effects, high fashion and beauty, and bridal. She loves the variation the job brings and is truly passionate about the art of makeup. Emma is friendly, flexible and detail orientated. Having trained and undertaken her specialist degree over a decade ago, she has been lucky enough to work with some amazing teams and artists including heading up the LiverpoolFW team as head makeup artist for 2016/2017/2018 so it is fantastic she is back.
HEAD OF THE HAIR TEAM - CARRIE ANN SHIRLEY Carrie-Anne opened the doors to Capelli Salon Couture, Moreton, Wirral in June 2019 after a 26-year journey gaining a wealth of knowledge, understanding & experience within the industry. Starting out a 3 year apprenticeship 1993 with Andrew Collinge, she went on to stay with the company 13 years. Teaching cutting skills on private Collinge courses to other industry professionals & creatively working alongside the Andrew Collinge art team exhibiting on stage at hair shows, promoting well known industry brands & working behind the scenes styling hair for sporting celebrities for a very popular BBC sporting show. Leaving Collinges in the autumn of 2006 to raise her family while continuing to pursue a career within the industry alongside working very hard on personal & professional growth & development. She has since gone on to work on many photographic shoots, events & shows including, Liverpool, Manchester, London & Milan fashion week
SHOW PRODUCER - AMANDA MOSS Amanda Moss launched Liverpool Fashion Week in 2011 after a London TV stylist approached her award winning Lifestyle magazine to collaborate on a fashion show in Liverpool. Since then the show has been used as a platform to launch up and coming and newly established fashion designers and has launched the careers of many fashion houses. Amanda uses her PR contacts to attract industry specialists from around the world to help these fashion fledglings spread their wings. In addition, established high street brands recognise the importance of promoting their brand to a regional audience. Amanda has produced fashion shows in Liverpool, Manchester, London and Los Angeles and has more than 30 years experience working in the media. She runs a successful Lifestyle PR company, AmandamossPR and business brainstorming retreats in Cyprus where she encourages people to love the lifestyle they live whilst working smarter
