1.Tickets are non refundable.
2.Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. Resale of tickets will render them void
3.Visitors will not be allowed admission without a valid ticket.
4.Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 14s are admitted free
5. Please check your tickets on purchases as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, due to circumstances byond our reasonable control, to alter or vary the conduct or timing of all or part of The Childsplay Clothing Liverpool Fashion Week without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
7. The Organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained by any exhibitor.
8. The Organiser cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property
9.The promotion of products or services not booked to exhibit at The Childsplay Clothing Liverpool Fashion Week is strictly prohibited. anyone caught handing out promotional leaflets on the premises or outside the premises before,during or after the show will be liable for a £200 fine
10. All Exhibitors are expected to keep their area clean and tidy at all times or will be subject to a £50 fine
11. There will be no refund for bookings by exhibitors or designers for catwalk shows.
12. Payment for catwalk shoes due 14 days ahead of the show.
Cancellation of slots:
If payment is not made in full 7 days before the show the Organiser has the right to cancel the slot. If a designer or boutique cancels a show with less than 21 days notice a cancellation fee of £500 is due to cover the costs of our work done in preparation of your show.
