EXHIBITION STAND

All exhibitors must arrive at the venue by 3pm and have their table/rail set up by 5pm

Parking is available in the hotel car park on a first come first serve basis with a loading area to carry rail and merchandise.

We provide a table and 2 chairs, with space for you to bring a rail and hangers and a couple of pull up banners

You are able to sell products on the night

DESIGNER CATWALK SHOW

All designers must arrive at the venue by 1.30pm for fittings with your models

A dresser is allocated to you on arrival, you may bring up to 24 outfits/ Please provide your own rail and hangers

A 10 minute slot featuring between 12-24 outfits
We provide all your models, hair and make up from our professional team
Music mix by top DJ
Dresser backstage
Full support leading up to and including the night of your show
4 tickets for your guests
Logo and bio on www.liverpoolfashionweek.co.uk for 6 months

We  have contacts at Paris fashion week and New york fashion week  and Los angeles fashion week should you wish to showcase at these events

Terms & Conditions:

Refunds
We have a no refund policy as a lot of time and expense has gone into putting the event together along with the associated PR

Children
No children (under 16 years of age) are to be allowed backstage or in the fitting areas for Health & Safety reasons.Please ensure you adhere to this rule for their protection. 

Cleaning
The hotel provides a cleaning service as part of your package. We will provide bin bags and please dispose of rubbish in these bags during the day/evening and they will be collected at the end of the night.

Damage and Dilapidations Please note that any damage caused to the  building itself or the stand supplied, by you or your contractors, is your responsibility. You will be charged for any damage that you make.  Also we are not responsible for any damage to your products but we take the utmost care to ensure they're kept in pristine condition and returned safely to remote designers who cannot attend in person. To date we have never had a complaint about this service

Deliveries
Please note if you are arranging to have a courier deliver anything to you at the show, they MUST be delivered by Saturday 12 October  and be arranged to be collected no later than Wednesday 16 OctoberLiverpool Fashion Week is not responsible for assisting couriers. The address is: The Liner Hotel, Lord Nelson St, Liverpool L3 5QB, and all packages must be clearly marked to Amanda Moss, Liverpool Fashion Week with your return labels included.

Insurance
Exhibitors  & designers should ensure they have adequate insurance protection. Please contact us if you need assistance with this.

​Leaflets / Promotional Material
All sales activities, including the dispensing of literature and promotional material, must be conducted from your own stand. Exhibitors or designers are not permitted to hand out leaflets etc in the gangways and aisles, at the entrances to the show. Please note that material must not be attached to the fabric of the building. Any material found fixed to walls will be removed immediately with damages charged directly to the exhibitor. 

Music
Background music will be played throughout the show by the organisers. We ask you to refrain from playing your own without permission of the organisers. 

WiFi
This is provided free through the hotel's services, a code will be given to you at reception

Security
Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment and the premises are patrolled day and night, however, we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage or any consequential losses which may befall exhibitors and their property. The main room and exhibitor area is locked at night

We reserve the right at our discretion, to remove or exclude any participants, including models, designers or collaborative brands whose behaviour, public communications or affiliations are deemed to violate these principles or bring the event into disrepute. In such cases NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
